So my opinion is that while she didn't do anything wrong she definitely felt like there would be a major problem and continued. If she sees that yall have different views on casual sex or dating she should have stopped and had a conversation with you. She stopped then secretly hid it for a month. That's weird.
It's not about doing something wrong it's about poor communication skills.

Doesn't hurt to suggest it still. Another option is to suggest that she have the door to her room closed and she got a window open in her room?
