It sounds like you’re essentially being punished and she is making very little effort to offer you basic reassurance. That’s a massive problem and doesn’t reflect well on her emotional intelligence or communication skills.
I can only speculate as to why she’d react so strongly but at the end of the day, SHE’S the one responsible for sharing and communicating why. If she can admit she is being unreasonable I’m not sure how she can stand being so callous and harsh to you. It seems like a massive contradiction because on one hand she seems to know that she’s kind of at fault for reacting so poorly and yet her actions still imply you’ve done something massively wrong.
Without knowing her I wonder if this is an odd kind of power trip for her, having you essentially at her mercy now that she’s withdrawn the usual level of intimacy and affection. I also wonder if she generally holds grudges. Maybe she didn’t enjoy seeing you in control of your sexual pleasure? Maybe she just found it crass and it violated some inner value around sex and sexuality that she has.
I do think it’s a massive overreaction but I would be troubled mostly by her lack of communication and her willingness to withdraw completely from you over one incident. Again, it reads too much like you’re being punished to me.
